Here are a few of my early scenarios.
Most require 2 sets of buildings and/or titles. I like to go big.
Guess this is why I just don't understand when warfare players say Tactics is a game you can play quickly on a lunch break.

All the rules and info are in the image. You may have to view just the image to be able to read them.

Enjoy,

Jim

Thanks for sharing these :-)
I like your presentation of scenario rules in a side bar with the map. Makes it easy to cross reference map locations mentioned in the setup. Great idea!

These are great. I will endeavor to try them out over the New year's holidays/weekend. Thanks for posting them; please post more if/when you have them :)

Thank you for your scenarios. I haven't try them yet, but I like new missions and battles anyway. I wonder how long it takes to play on such large battle map.
But I look forward to playing them.

I like the scenarios. I will play them once I get enough pieces. I was wondering what program you used to make these. Thanks.

Thanks

Scenarios these size normally take us about 4 hours to play.

I created them using adobe illustrator cs5. Recreated most of the parts or placed images in the document and then I just move things around as I need.

Should have time to post a few more in a couple of days.

As promised the next scenario in the series. Along with a refined map format. When I revisit the first 3 maps I will convert them to this format and repost.

The Abandoned Station picks up where Crack the Code left off. The attacker has entered the underground in search of the SSU's secret lab. The trail has lead them to an abandoned subway station. Lucky for the SSU they know more than one way down and can meet the attackers head-on before they reach The Secret Base.
This scenario is my second favorite I am created so far, the first being the one after this so stay tuned.

The Secret Labs
A brutal underground battle with an entrenched defender fighting to the last man to protect their factions secrets. Hold the breach or rush out to meet the enemy in the maze like corridors of the lab? Its your choice, choose wisely they have a larger force and if you wait to long they will be able to setup for their assault without resistance.

The Secret Labs is the 5th in series and my favorite scenario I have created so far. It plays out different overtime and is most enjoyable when played in a series with the attacker and defender switching sides after a best out of 3. Can you learn from your opponents mistakes or did you just show them the way to win.

It's a good job, Jim.
I like so much your work (and BTW also the new graphic style of recent two scenarios). Can't wait for next ones.
The very idea and atmosphere of these underground missions is something essentially related to the Dust Universe itself (my opinion and feeling).

Thanks Eric & Malil.

Next one should be above ground and something easily created with one set of title or maps... I hope.

Also if anyone is playing these I would love to see some pics or better yet a battle report!

I guess I need to practice what I preach because we often take pics but never catalog anything.

Thanks again and as soon as I play test the next scenario I will post it.

Jim

Just letting you know I played your Secret Labs scenario - solo - and it was excellent fun. I'm pretty good at playing impartially if I have to, which is just as well, since my main gaming pal is currently MIA.

I played Axis (attackers) vs SSU (defenders), and the game finished up with Koshka and a single Steel Guard back to back in the objective area surrounded by apes and zombies, having lost Winter Child earlier in the game.

Highlight: a single surviving Sturmpionnere flame-thrower guy managed to get the drop on some nearby Red Tornado and toasted two of them, leaving the remaining one to pull back towards the objectives and die to the zombies/apes along with Koshka.

I'm gonna have to try your other ones.

Kathizkitz,

Thanks for the feedback and props. It makes me very happy to hear other players are enjoying my scenarios.

I have two more that we are currently play testing. Once I feel they are balanced I will post them here.

Thanks for your support.

I like the bigger maps used in your scenarios, I think the game shines like that, along with larger force sizes.

The scenarios included in the newer campaign expansions only cover the size of the two paper maps, makes it feel a bit claustrophobic IMO.
